Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to support the Weapons team in St. Charles, MO.

The selected candidate will work closely with a dynamic team of Supply Chain professionals who support all procurement activities for numerous commodities and complexities in support of a broad range of weapons programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements

• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years’ experience in supplier management or supply chain management

• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 1+ years’ experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

• Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

• Experience working on a Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant proposal

Work Location:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD $60,350 – $74,550
