Job Summary: The Pouring Maintenance Lead Person will be responsible for the repair, maintaining, building, overhauling, and installing of various types of machines, equipment, and pour lines across ECS facilities.  The Lead will also be responsible for leading the team in their day-to-day maintenance activities, including, directing, tracking, and training of teammates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review maintenance work orders and P.M.’s and projects assigned daily to insure tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
• Analyze any reoccurring problems with machinery & equipment and come up with permanent repair ideas and fixes and cost reduction.
• Perform preventative & routine maintenance as scheduled in a timely manner.
• The ability to look up repair parts via prints and/or spreadsheets, catalogs or online.
• Provide own tools. (Only at specific locations)
• Perform work on mechanical drive systems such as belts, pulleys, speed reducers, roller chain, sprockets, shafts, and bearings mostly used on conveyor systems and tables.
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical components and systems.
• Operate lift truck, scissor lift, boom lift and other equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and practices.
