Job Summary

Our fast-paced and growing company is looking for an organized Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. Candidate must be able to manage team and provide effective guidance. Will be responsible of supervising and motivate team members daily. As a team leader, you will be the point of contact for all team members for a diverse work culture. Communication skills should be excellent. Should be able to proactively ensure smooth team operations and collaboration.

• Must know how to read and speak English

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor 
• Good PC Skills, Specially MS Excel an in ERP (NETSUITE)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Decision-making skills

Pay Type: Hourly, Non-exempt Job Status: Regular, Full time Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Conditions of Employment

• Must pass background check, drug test, E-Verify and I-9 verification
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts as needed

Physical Tasks Reference & Minimal Requirements (Physical demands during a typical workday and frequency):

• Prolonged periods of standing while operating a standup forklift
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Must be able to dismount parked forklift and conduct work utilizing pallet jack and other necessary tools to complete assigned tasks

Equipment /Tools/ Work Aids

• Warehouse equipment such as tools, machinery, forklift, hand-pallet, etc. for operational functions

• The position work area will be in the warehouse department, there are some occasional pedestrian travels to nearby facilities (occasional outdoors)
• Equipment used and not limited to standup forklift, pallet jack, gloves, box cutters, housekeeping tools, and other apparatus required to conduct work
