Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: SK-17: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level. Specialized experience includes: 1) analyzing business operations data and providing recommendations to senior management; AND 2) planning and executing an enterprise records and information management program or an enterprise continuity program; AND 3) developing organizational budgets and identifying and resolving funding inquiries; AND 4) developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, or initiatives to meet organizational needs and accomplish program objectives.
