Position Summary
Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a strong Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Reception and Administrative Coordinator must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to Clay Lacy Aviation. This position will also assist maintenance managers with clerical duties and will report to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer, Product Support.

- Schedule: M-F, 6:30am to 3:30pm
- Location: KVNY
- Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00, This position includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering all inbound phone calls and transferring them to the recipient.
- Overseeing LAWA gate operations by adhering to airport entrance and exit regulations and requirements
- Clerical and administrative support for Clay Lacy Departments residing in Building 9.
- Assists Quality Control Department with organizing, filing and tracking personnel training records.
- Assists Quality Control Department with onboarding new personnel.
- Assists Quality Control Department filing repair station records.
- Assists Quality Control Department with other required tasks.
- Coordinating lunches for Maintenance staff
- Order office supplies
- Stock office supplies
- Book travel arrangements for maintenance department
- Data Entry
- Ensure front desk is kept neat and organized
- Oversee badge administration
- Responsible for overseeing the uniform program
- Ensure that all snacks are fully stocked and replenished in required offices and conference rooms
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
