About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in managing infrastructure, automation, and cloud services. This role requires a highly skilled engineer with expertise in DevOps methodologies, cloud architecture, and automation tools. You will collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment processes, optimize cloud environments, and ensure the security and scalability of our applications.

The ideal candidate has a strong automation mindset, a deep understanding of cloud environments, and a passion for building efficient, high-performance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Automate public cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Security-First Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable systems in Azure or AWS.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized applications using Azure AKS, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Continuous Deployment & CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Scripting & Automation: Utilize Python, Ruby, Bash, and PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Follow best practices for server provisioning and application deployment in a continuous deployment model.
• Cloud Configuration Standards: Define and enforce best practices for cloud services, automation, Linux, and Windows systems.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Address escalated infrastructure issues and monitor system performance, capacity, and uptime.
• Change Management & Compliance: Work within strict time frames, follow change management protocols, and adhere to security policies.
• Vulnerability Management: Research and remediate system vulnerabilities to maintain a secure infrastructure.
• Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Work closely with architects, developers, vendors, and internal business partners to drive technical excellence.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure components for future modifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive DevOps Expertise: Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, automation frameworks, and cloud engineering.
• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Terraform, YAML, Ansible, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Cloud Automation: Hands-on experience automating infrastructure in public cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
• CI/CD & Version Control: Experience with GitLab, Git, Stash, and code promotion processes.
• Linux & Windows Engineering: Strong background in Linux system administration with working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Web Server Management: Experience working with Nginx and Apache Tomcat.
• Cloud Administration: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, including services such as Azure AKS, AWS ECS, A
