Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of field events, including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and customer/partner events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to define event goals, themes, and messaging that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, staffing, catering, audio-visual requirements, and other event-related activities.
• Develop event project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely and successful execution of events.
• Oversee event setup, registration, and onsite coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to identify target audience and key stakeholders for each event.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive event participation, secure sponsorships, and maximize event ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with event partners, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance event effectiveness and brand exposure.

• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and email campaigns to drive event registration and attendance.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance metrics, provide post-event analysis, and recommend improvements for future events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience 5+ years in field event management, preferably within the cybersecurity industry or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and execution, with a track record of successful events.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools for event promotion.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside regular business hours, as required for events.
