Supervisor, Security - Security - FULL TIME VARIED Mullica Hill

Under the direction of the Regional Security Operations Manager coordinates the daily activities of the Security Department at a specific location (site). Provides security and safety-related services to employees, physicians, patients and visitors of Inspira Health Network.  

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of Security, law enforcement experience supervisory experience or lead and/or charge security experience. 
• Healthcare security experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure: 

• Valid Driver's License.
• ICS 100, 200, IS 700 & IS 800.
• Basic Security Certification (IAHSS) or must have within six (6) months.
• Advanced Security Certification (IAHSS) within twelve (12) months. 
• Supervisor Security Certification (IAHSS within twenty-four (24) months. (It is progressive training however candidate can opt to skip basic and take advanced in 6 months or skip basic and advanced and take supervisory in 6 months.)
• Completes Inspira Approved De-Escalation and Common Language Training within 120 days of employment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong oral and written communication skills including ability to interact effectively with all levels of INSPIRA HEALTH management including staff, physicians, visitors, patients and vendors.
• Must be able to manage time well and have the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and direct work assignments of security officers.
