Job Overview:

The Sr. Analyst, Product Manager role will support data infrastructure strategy and development of end-to-end reporting, dashboard, and process automation for LPL Wealth Advisors Group - a fast-growing business within LPL serving end-investors with comprehensive financial advice, guidance, planning, and service to end investors from a centralized call center model. This role plays a critical part to the business by managing platform modernization efforts that enable the business to scale, improve efficiency and business effectiveness. This individual will help create the bridge between vision and execution, defining requirements based on user research and business needs.

Additionally, the Sr. Analyst, Product Manager will support initiative/project management – working closely with key business leaders to enhance existing initiatives and identify new verticals to continue enabling and driving growth. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization, and skilled at turning complex operational information into clear recommendations and business cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive foundational changes by leading data infrastructure evolution through detailed reviews of current state, understanding requirements, and creating new and flexible automation outputs

  • Conduct current‑state assessments through documentation, SME sessions, process walkthroughs, and identifying operational pain points.

  • Collaborate with technology and development partners on a daily basis to drive progress in-line with business needs and vision

  • Take an innovative and agile approach to enhance existing products or build new ones

  • Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and data‑flow visuals to communicate current and future states.

  • Define and continually refine key attributes of existing and new offerings including the business case, economics, and operational model 

  • Help define mid to long-term product development roadmaps, features and capabilities

  • Support the automation lifecycle across discovery, design, sizing, execution, and handoff.

  • Collaborate with client experience and product management partners to support and execute strategic initiatives

  • Participate and contribute to the launch of new services and enhancements to existing platforms

  • Track risks, dependencies, actions, deliverables, and milestones to maintain project governance.

  • Measure post‑implementation results, validate benefits, compare outcomes to projections, and document insights.

  • Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership reviews and prioritization discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of industry or related experience

  • 2+ years of experience building products or technology-enabled services focused on data infrastructure and data/business analysis

  • 2+ years of professional business experience within a project management role
