What You Will Do:

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated professional to support the Control & Diagnostic Systems (CDS) Commercial Programs. This role requires an individual with experience in financial project management to perform detailed financial analyses for CIPTs, CAMs and IPTs, and to support cross-disciplinary teams effectively. The successful candidate is a self-starter who manages multiple issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the projects meet their financial and schedule objectives.

  • Partner with Program Management Office (PMO), Component Integrated Project Team Leads (CIPTs), Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Project Team Leads (IPTs) for scope planning, report preparation, monthly financial and manpower deliverables, and annual planning requirements ensuring adherence to Legal and Government Accounting requirements.
  • Compile, analyze, and direct changes to financial data to ensure the plan, forecast, time charging and manpower reporting is accurate and aligned with technical plans.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies found between data sources.
  • Provide staffing projections and inputs for Organization Manpower Management (OMM).
  • Assist CAMs in executing the process to procure equipment, materials, parts, etc.
  • Maintain statements of work for outsourced and interdivisional resources as applicable.
  • Utilize CORE process to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with external communications with relevant IP and export requirements.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in project management and knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
  • Experience in managing small projects or processes within area of responsibility.
  • Experience with P&W programs and processes.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
