Your Tasks
As a Global Rewards Project Analyst, you will be supporting our Rewards initiatives, with primary focus on Incentives Excellence 2025 Project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive impactful projects, and contribute to the success of our global rewards strategy.
Your Tasks:

Collaboration: Work closely with workstream leads to deliver the Remuneration 2025 initiative, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

Stakeholder alignment: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed, and connected throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the core team.

Presentation Support: Assist the core team in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.

Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting schedules across various stakeholder groups, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
Your Profile

Project Management: Solid knowledge of project management, with a structured and systematic approach to project execution.

Communication Skills: Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is essential for data analysis and presentation creation.

Compensation & Benefits Acumen: A solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices; additional background in finance is advantageous.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
