PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Analyst

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a PeopleSoft Quality Assurance Analyst. Our team is a leading provider of Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies. Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will provide PeopleSoft quality assurance support and application expertise in support of testing system enhancements and resolutions to system issues. You will independently review design documents, prepare and execute test documentation, identify and document issues, and demonstrate test results for product approval with minimal direction. You will also support ongoing ad hoc quality assurance activities as requested.
Responsibilities:
Use an agile approach including gathering and documenting requirements, recommendations for design and usability improvements, development, testing, and operations and maintenance
Proactively identify issues during the software development lifecycle, prior to introducing issues in production
Facilitate open dialogue with the HR Line of Business leadership and representatives to identify any problems and quickly provide resolution
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher
3+ years of experience with Automated Test Experience e.g., PTF, LoadRunner, 508 Compliance
US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
Preferred Skills:
PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) experience
