Ingram Content Group (ICG) is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst, Intermediate to help lead our team.
This individual will provide strategic business analysis to key stakeholders and customers at an intermediate level of complexity. They will work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, and the context in which the business operates. They will gather and translate business requirements into software solutions for the entire cycle of software development and implementation. They’ll also identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at an intermediate level. This person will research, analyze, document and resolve intermediate-level, related internal and external issues with customers. They’ll also facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences. In addition, they will train other IT associates for secondary application support, as well as business unit associates for primary customer support.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science OR year for year directly related experience
- 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst type role
- 1 year of advanced EXCEL experience to include data manipulation/design, charts, formulas, and pivot tables
We have a preference for:
- Experience using Jira ticketing system
- Experience using SQL
- Experience with automation testing
The Intermediate Business System Analyst’s key responsibilities are:
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed business systems and processes to identify and implement improvements and opportunities.
- Translates business requirements into technical requirements including scope definition, detail and process flows for use by the development team.
- Collaborates closely with developers to implement requirements.
- Assists with developing QA test plans for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs gap analysis of assigned functional specs, prototype and pre-production systems.
- Insures a smooth implementation of functionality into the production site.
- Researches, analyzes, documents and resolves intermediate level related internal and external issues with customers.
