Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the vital first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage your communication skills and tech enthusiasm to connect businesses with game-changing IT and cybersecurity solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of technology sales, honing your skills in lead qualification and appointment setting. You’ll work closely with a dedicated sales team, contributing directly to the company’s success while expanding your knowledge of cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity trends.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across North America, introducing our IT and cybersecurity services
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects
- Articulate the basics of IT support and cybersecurity solutions to pique client interest
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our expert sales team
- Hit or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through research and prospecting activities
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling scripts and qualification processes
- Adapt quickly to evolving targets and incentive structures
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, with a focus on clear and persuasive phone conversations
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting preferred
- Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts, with a willingness to learn more
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
- Proficiency in CRM systems and calendar management tools
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, making approximately 100 calls per day
- Goal-oriented mindset, aiming for a minimum of 3 appointments per 100 calls
- Enthusiasm for technology and its potential to transform businesses
