TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has a current opening within the Operations, Quality & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program in the Heavy Transportation division. This program is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation within TRIGO HT while developing the skills needed to become future leaders in the organization. The current salary range during the program is $75,000-$85,000 per year.
Travel is required for this program on an as-needed basis and can be on short notice.
Overall Purpose
The Operations, Quality & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a structured, three-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders within TRIGO HT.
Participants will complete three 12-month rotations across core business functions: Operational Management, Planning & Deployment, and Safety & Quality. This program provides hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and increasing levels of responsibility to prepare individuals for leadership roles within the organization.
This is a pipeline role with the goal of developing participants into Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain Managers upon successful completion.

Program Structure & Rotations
Operational Management
- Support and progressively lead day-to-day operations within TRIGO HT sites across Supply Chain and Quality functions
- Assist in managing teams, workflows, and customer expectations
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and service delivery
- Gain direct exposure to customer interactions and operational execution
Planning & Development
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Support the launch of new programs, processes, and customer implementations
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives
- Analyze data to improve forecasting, planning accuracy, and operational readiness
Safety & Quality
- Contribute to safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Support quality systems, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
Note: Rotations may be adjusted based on business needs and development opportunities.

- Provide regular updates on progress, learnings, and development goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops strongly preferred)
- Strong interest in operations, supply chain, and quality systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple operational locations
