Job Description

Timeline: Ongoing
Hours: Part time; 5-15 hours per week
Location: Remote or Hybrid (New York City or Milwaukee Office)
Salary: Unpaid

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious student-intern to join our Strategy and Finance team on a part-time basis. This internship will provide hands-on experience in strategy and analytics within a collaborative, fast paced, startup environment. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to our company’s business operations and provide impact and support across multiple departments.

Our Business Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to:

• Assist with financial modeling and data analysis
• Partner with department heads to understand business data needs
• Define the scope of work and help determine timelines to complete projects
• Analyze data using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Present data-driven recommendations to the Analytics team
• Create PowerPoint presentations to illustrate your analysis of assignments to the Executive team
• Develop and own the analytics process for projects assigned
• Collaborate on complex issues and positively contribute to team projects
• Deliver insights that drive positive business outcomes

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.A or B.S in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior year students encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and comfortable working independently
• Positive attitude and desire to learn is a must
• A collaborative, team-player mindset
• Strong ability to think critically, analytically, and creatively
• Great attention to detail
