<h3>Opis oferty pracy</h3><p>The Customer Experience team supports Allegro Clients and Partners (buyers and sellers), and we are always there when they need our help.</p><p>Each project developed at Allegro must be focused primarily on Clients and Partners and their experience in interactions with us. We make sure that every stage of the customer journey is satisfying for people buying at Allegro and that the sellers can develop their businesses.<br/> Our team consists, among others, of experts in customer service, research, quality, soft skills trainers, social media specialists, product managers, chatbot designers, communication specialists, NPS, security specialists. As you can see – we have lots of competencies!</p><p>Our goal is to be the best Customer Experience team in Poland.
