THE ROLE

Zeta Global is seeking an experienced RFP Content Manager to join the CRM Solutions Enablement team. This role is a key individual contributor to the Request for Proposal (RFP) team, leading the creation and management of the executive summary template, and overall executive summary process, contributing to the development and management of overall RFP content, to effectively respond to RFPs for CRM products and services.

This role reports to the Director Solution Strategy and partners with sales, product, product marketing, and account management teams to write, curate, and maintain compelling, accurate, and timely proposal content. The RFP Content Manager is responsible for ensuring ongoing alignment of RFP content with corporate messaging, Zeta differentiators, corporate and business policies and adherence to Legal and Compliance guidance. Our ideal candidate will have a blend of excellent business writing and project management skills, with the ability to leverage their strengths in content development as well as proposal management and coordination. Familiarity with the Marketing Technology industry is highly preferred.  

You will....

• Partner with sellers and account management to write compelling executive summaries that outline proposed solutions and highlight Zeta functions and benefits.
• Manage and continually improve a MS Word template and overall process for customizing and completing an executive summary as part of the RFP process.
• Research and gather information from subject matter experts across the organization, including sales, product, account management, Compliance, and Legal to develop and edit standard and customized language as needed to respond to CRM RFPs
• Manage and maintain CRM-related RFP content in our centralized repository of RFP responses to ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, and compliant.
• Review, proofread, and check qualitative and quantitative content for effectiveness (e.g., clarity, readability, accuracy, persuasiveness, and compliance) as well as style (e.g., Zeta Global brand standards and voice,
  grammar, punctuation, word usage, sentence structure, and spelling) to deliver
  a consistent brand experience across Zeta Global's lines of business.
• In conjunction with the CRM RFP Proposal Manager, facilitate and manage development of well-designed RFP responses as needed.

You have...

• 3+ years of RFP response writing and/or RFP proposal management experience
• Strong business writing skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Curiosity, desire to learn new things and become expert in a process, technology, or area of expertise (SME).
• Familiarity with overall RFP processes, contributors, timelines and best practices
• Extensive experience with formatting, reviewing and proofreading of materials for content accuracy, effectiveness, alignment with overall messaging strategies, and adherence to brand standards.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and a proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments; takes personal responsibility for producing deliverables under tight deadlines; works well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with leadership and collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts.
