Description -

The Home Print Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies, product positioning, and new product launches for the Home Print category in North America. This role drives Media campaign optimization and strategy, NPIs, sales enablement, channel fulfillment, ensuring legal compliance, and tight collaboration with WW Marketing Team.  This person will leverage market insights, define measurable goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing plans that maximize brand awareness and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Translate business priorities into comprehensive marketing plans that deliver measurable impact, including product positioning strategies and budgets for Home Print, including Tank and Instant Ink categories.

  • Own 4P planning within the integrated marketing strategy, translating insights into coordinated initiatives that accelerate demand and strengthen brand performance.

  • Product Launches: Oversee planning and execution of new product launches, aligning with brand objectives and market demands.

  • Customer Segmentation: Leverage market insights and product roadmaps to develop customer segmentation and audience strategies tailored to North American markets.

  • Goal Setting and KPIs: Define goals and key performance indicators to measure the success and business impact of marketing plans and media campaigns.

  • Media Campaign Leadership: Lead the design and execution of data-driven marketing, media and affiliate marketing campaigns for Home Printers.

  • Sales Enablement and Channel Fulfillment: Develop tools, assets, and strategies to support sales teams and channel partners, ensuring effective route-to-market execution.

  • Customer Experience Design: Design customer experience journeys and touchpoint plan to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Digital Marketing Transformation: Apply advanced knowledge of digital marketing to drive innovation in new digital capabilities and touchpoints.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including category, Partner Business managers, Sales, WW Marketing, Channel Digital Sales and Omnichannel teams to align strategies and deliverables.

  • High-Level Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders representing the Marketing Print team at an executive level.

  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior employees, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing

  • Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership

Experience Required

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of integrated or multi-channel campaign management.

  • Proven track record driving growth through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
