Job Summary
Responsible for the management of multiple real estate projects including determining time frames, budgets, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of a project. Develops and implements standard policies and procedures for locations. Provides senior management with strategies and information needed to make real estate-related decisions. Assists in identifying land and buildings for the company's operations. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Visits and evaluates prospective sites to determine which locations meet the criteria and needs of the company.
- Assists with special projects and conducting tours for the leadership team to visit potential sites.
- Prepares packages containing all pertinent site information for presentation to the Real Estate Committee for approval.
- Prepares project budgets and tracks expenses.
- Analyzes all required documentation to implement the development process.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have experience in the retail industry with a specific focus on retail real estate analytics
