You will have the opportunity to join our dynamic Customer Account Management team in Wilson, NC and play a vital role in supporting our team and our customers.  You will be involved in various aspects of order management, customer returns, and team organization.  You will also have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as Program Management, Quality, and Delivery Assurance onsite. 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the life cycle of customer orders from point of order entry to shipment, ensuring that orders are entered accurately and are in line with contractual obligations and International Trade Compliance requirements. 
  • Confers with customers that contact the organization to provide information about organization products or services, discuss customer accounts, and obtain or address customer needs.
  • Generates documentation and solves customer issues/requests in accordance with procedures, and when required, redirects queries to appropriate department or personnel.
  • Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments.
  • Manage the return of returned products from the customer and assist with timely payment from customers and resolve invoice disputes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Preferably Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Accounting)
  • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
