Collaborates with key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and technology solution providers to gather and document business, functional and technology requirements to achieve stated business and technology goals for a project or as part of continuous process improvement initiatives. Works closely with the technology delivery team to translate these business requirements into technical/functional specifications, build testing scenarios and assist business user through user acceptance.

Job Functions

• Manages software deployment processes including planning, coordinating and managing software deployment tasks which requires weekend and evening availability

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and product teams to align release schedules and deployment windows

• Create and manage deployment plans, checklists, and rollback strategies

• Facilitate go/no-go meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders

• Supports the development team in troubleshooting and resolving questions/issues during the development lifecycle

• Assists with system integrations and provides recommendations for improvement based on business needs

• Participates in and leads project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback and track progress

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements and objectives in the Manufacturing space

• Translates business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for the development team

• Performs testing and validation of technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs

• Documents and maintains deployment procedures, project requirements, process flows and technical documentation

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related field

• 2 years experience as a business analyst OR

• High School Diploma and 6 years' of experience as a business analyst

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Finance or Related Field

• 2 years experience in business analysis or software development/support

• Excellent Written and verbal Communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Experience with Jira, database queries (SQL), ServiceNow and Agile development processes

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
