Airshare is seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to gain hands-on exposure within an enterprise technology environment.  This role is designed as a mentorship-focused, project-oriented experience that provides insight into IT strategy, systems, and leadership—rather than traditional helpdesk support.  The role is based at Airshare’s Corporate Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (on-site; not remote or hybrid).

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES


Shadow IT leadership to observe enterprise decision-making, planning, and cross-functional collaboration
Gain exposure to system architecture, integrations, and IT governance practices
Support research, note-taking, and synthesis of key topics across technology initiatives
Assist with organizing project materials, tracking action items, and summarizing key takeaways
Learn how IT supports core business functions, including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Marketing
Contribute to light, structured deliverables such as summaries, process documentation, or analysis

QualificationsQualified candidates must be a Junior pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field. 


Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ability to connect technical concepts to business outcomes
Excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills
High level of professionalism and comfort working in a leadership-facing environment
Interest in IT leadership, program management, or enterprise systems
