As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and improving processes that enhance the performance of our Cardiovascular (CV) Sales Operations team across the Americas Region. 

 

In this role, you will support the CV Sales Operations team by analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and assisting in the execution of operational strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales operations processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives across CV Operating Units. 

  • Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), field training materials, and communication plans. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, EHS, and Customer Care to streamline processes and improve field productivity. 

  • Partner with the CV Quality organization to develop field corrective action (FCA) retrieval plan, customer notification letters, field training, and communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Environment Health & Safety organization and drive compliance of field programs escalating non-compliance as necessary.

  • Monitor and report on field compliance programs, escalating issues as needed. 

  • Maintain data integrity across sales systems and tools; support efforts to eliminate duplicate records and improve analytics. 

  • Generate reports and dashboards to assess performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Assist in managing communications to field sales teams regarding sales and marketing initiatives. 

  • Participate in special projects focused on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.  

Must Have: Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree required  

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related field 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in the medical device industry, preferably in the cardiovascular space 

  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce.com, Business Objects, Tableau and mSTAR 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook macros and mail merge

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
