Sr. Analyst, Finance

As a Sr. Analyst, you will be a key player in shaping Pizza Hut's financial strategy and performance. Your role is critical in providing insights and analytics to drive business growth and transformation. You'll collaborate with various teams, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting, and leading initiatives to enhance data governance and quality.

• Deliver weekly sales performance reports for Pizza Hut U.S., ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights.
• Develop and automate dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx to visualize business trends and key metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Data Science teams to analyze results and financial implications.
• Lead Yum! reconciliations, maintaining data integrity and compliance across systems and entities.
• Develop and implement data governance standards to improve data quality and reporting consistency.
• Support business transformation projects, bridging financial analytics with strategic execution.
• Identify gaps and synthesize data to provide recommendations for operational excellence and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analytics and data visualization.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science roles with a proven track record of impact.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and translate data into actionable plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL and data automation workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with transformation or process improvement initiatives is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, or franchise organizations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

 

Salary Range: $96,700 to $102,420 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
