About Us - Home Care

• We work closely with patients, families and physicians to develop individualized care plans to best meet the needs of each patient

• Services include: Skilled nursing, skilled therapy, medical social work and home health aide services

What You'll Do

Plans and provides individualized skilled nursing care to enable clients to participate as fully as possible in the activities of daily living in the home setting. Evaluates, assesses and treats patients according to care plan.

Requirements

Auto liability insurance.

Clean driving record.

Current driver's license.

Current Missouri and Kansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Must be able to successfully pass KDADS criminal record check upon hire.
