Key Responsibilities

• Client Representation: Represent clients at public relations and promotional events, effectively communicating their brand, mission, and values.
• Promotional Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns for charitable organizations, enhancing their visibility and outreach.
• Engagement & Awareness: Interact with event attendees to provide information, drive awareness, and promote key causes and campaigns.
• Event Setup & Execution: Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth and successful operation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet event goals and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all interactions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants and provide valuable insights to improve future promotional events and campaigns.
• Marketing Strategy Assistance: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies designed to maximize event attendance and impact.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, customers, and event attendees, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer engagement, and the outcomes of promotional campaigns.
