Department Overview:

The Owned Digital Team is responsible for executing marketing targeted communications through TD's Digital Channels – td.com, online banking, & TD Bank's Mobile App – to drive growth for the bank. Our team collaborates closely with partners across Product, MarTech, Digital & Technology to continuously enhance our capabilities and create value at every Customer Touchpoint.  

 

As a Digital Marketing Associate Manager in the Owned Digital Function, the primary focus will be to ensure seamless execution of Mobile targeted deployments while ensuring to adhere to quality assurance guardrails to reduce risk. 

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Associate II is responsible for supporting and/or managing key deliverables in relation to projects, plans, and/or campaigns to include: Introductory research/analysis, data synthesis/communication, basic partner management (internal and/or external), evaluating the effectiveness of projects/plans after implementation, assisting in compiling, analyzing, and communicating feedback from various internal/external stakeholders, helping develop recommendations, and incorporating changes into the future.

Depth & Scope:

  • Experienced working professional role providing specialized business services, advisory or process/program support within their own area of speciality
  • Requires experienced, conceptual and practical knowledge within their own specialty and knowledge of broader related areas
  • Accountable for own work and sometimes others'; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in their own area
  • Leads less complex projects or work streams within broader projects with moderate risk and may be accountable for managing ongoing activities, processes and functional programs
  • Works within broad guidelines/policies and independently performs tasks from end to end
  • Solves moderately complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Conveys business context when providing guidance within field of specialty to internal or external stakeholders
  • Work is performed under minimal management guidance and supervision
  • Identifies and leads problem resolution

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and banking product/customer markets
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of initiatives
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Skills:

  • We will consider those with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience
