Sr. Business Solutions Architect - Lending Operations

BASIC FUNCTION:  

• Highly Advanced knowledge of the DNA Core Platform 
• Extensive banking experience in Lending Operations (Front End and Back Office)
• Highly Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Partners with staff and developers to solve business challenges through technology solutions
• Mentor Business Analyst and SME’s in order to expand their knowledge of the system/banking operations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

• Act as an escalation point for the banks SME’s to assist with complex Lending operational issues that require higher level triage.
• Review software release notes and communicate to the appropriate business area where changes and enhancements are forthcoming .
• Assist with the setup and testing of new products, services, and enhancements.
• Assist in the software development process by:
  • Identifying complex business issues that can be resolved with a technology solution
  • Write the business requirements and development story for new functionality
  • Be a liaison between development and the business if there are functionality questions
  • Develop Test Plan, Test Schedule, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases 
  • Work with training and the business to roll out new functionality items
  • Participate in root cause analysis with development
  • Other tasks as needed
• Analyze data to help support business requirements gathering, data quality and marketing analytics
• Audit system data to ensure that Products are functioning as designed and meet our disclosure requirements. 
• Manage internal and external helpdesk tickets and be a liaison between our business and external vendors.
• Superior ability to influence team members, foster close working relationships, facilitate meeting and follow-up with action items

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND TRAINING:

• Critical thinking is a must
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt to ever changing business needs
• Excellent communication skills needed to share data with business owners
• Advanced SQL Skills and understanding of the DNA Core Database Tables/Functionality
• Strong background in Lending Operations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 15+ Years of Banking Experience with a concentration in Lending Operations
• Ability to coordinate with development teams and business owners to ensure testing times align with project goal 
• Ability to communicate clearly to team, written and oral, regarding testing results 
• Familiarity with building test plans/scenarios

WORKING CONDITIONS

REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years’ work experience in applicable field is preferred
