• Group Coordination – You take the lead on group bookings and make sure every detail is in place. From guest lists to deposits and communication with all departments, you’ve got it under control.
• Team Connector – You work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Contact – You enjoy talking with organizers, making sure everything is clear, and translating their wishes into well-executed stays and events.
• Sales Support – You contribute to our business success through research, prospecting, and staying in touch with new and existing clients.
• Structured and Reliable – You keep things running behind the scenes, especially during busy periods. Function sheets, contracts, checklists—you make sure nothing is missed.
