Job Summary
Assists the full-time ticketing staff to ensure excellent customer service online, in person and over the phone. Collects fees or payments from customers purchasing goods or services. Prepares appropriate documentation to record transactions. This position will include working during regular business hours as well as all home football games and other home ticketed events as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Helps with event operations such as ticket selling, will call, and customer service.
- Counts money collected during shift, balances it with tickets or items sold, and submits to supervisor for review.
- Provides directions and answers general questions about Stadium and Arena events.
- May assist at special events outside of athletic events.
- May perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, responding to mail, or filing.
- Cleans work area by sweeping floors, wiping off machines and counters.

Six months cashiering experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), basic mathematical skills, and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.
