Are you ready to shape the future of Digital and E-commerce agencies procurement on a global scale at Carlsberg and support our export and license business as a business partner? We are looking for a Global Category Manager to lead the optimization of our approach to the procurement of Digital and E-commerce agencies across the Carlsberg Group ensuring the best return of investment and the right quality agencies for our global, regional and local businesses worldwide. Also this person would be the business partner for our Export and License business headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you’ll be doing
- Support Global Digital and E-commerce teams as a Procurement business Partner to improve Return on Investment of the group’s Digital and E-commerce spend.
- Map Digital and E-commerce categories spend cube and identify areas, sub-categories for optimization.
- Develop global category strategies for the different sub categories of Digital and E-commerce.
- Based on the category strategy either conduct global sourcing or develop best practice processes, tools and ways of working for the regions and markets to enable more efficient investment of these services.
- Working with key senior global, regional and local stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver significant efficiencies in Digital and E-commerce area.
- As second part of the role: support all Marketing and Sales related procurement activities of Carlsberg Export and Licence Business as a Business Partner to the Marketing Team. Manage agency tenders, contracts, supplier performance etc.
. What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in strategic Procurement and/or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of category sourcing strategy development, spend optimization, execution and project management.
- Strong negotiation skills, contract management skills required.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in business case development and ROI
- analysis.
- Previous experience in the E-commerce/Digital Marketing area are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with good communication, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influencing skills.
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's or University degree is required.
- Master’s degree in Procurement or Marketing/Sales would be an advantage.
Languages:
- Fluent English is a must
- Other major world languages are a plus
