Requirements

As an Office Manager, the purpose is to assist Matthew across many elements of his business. Your contribution will ensure the seamless flow of Matthew's daily operations, becoming a dependable resource for completing tasks with minimal guidance once trained. This pivotal role demands a long-term commitment from someone who values stability and aims to grow with their company.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Take charge of scheduling phone calls for Matthew, ensuring effective communication with clients, students, and prospects by providing necessary information and addressing queries, including “white glove” level of service where needed.

🤝 Communicate with event planners and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of speaking events.

📝 Assist with contracts and book shipments related to speaking engagements.

🔍 Look for new technology (specifically AI) to streamline operations and increase team productivity.

📑 Handle or delegate and oversee tech tasks appropriately, identifying opportunities for team task automation, and contribute to the preparation of email campaigns, loading them into Active Campaign software.

💼 Assist in coordinating podcast bookings, both internal and external.

📊 Utilise technical skills to set up or oversee tools and integrations for various tasks including outreach campaigns.

🧾 Manage recurring critical tasks like paying affiliates, supporting academy students, and checking website links.

🤿 Be ready to dive into projects and tasks as required.
