Logging & Perforating Technician - Wireline and Perforating

Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities:  
•    Under direct supervision, assists in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on logging and perforating surface and downhole equipment. 
•    Requires knowledge of surface, open and cased hole tools, and lab testing equipment.  
•    Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. 
•    Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.  
•    Trains directly under Principal or Senior Technician to gain knowledge and experience in maintaining logging equipment and tools. 

Requirements: 
•    Skills typically acquire through a minimum of 2 years as an Associate Technician-Logging and Perforating.
•    Experience in electronics and successful completion of the electronic maintenance school.  
 

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs. Depending on their education, experience, and skill level, candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities, including positions ranging from Logging & Perforating Technician to Logging & Perforating Technician Sr.
