2nd Shift Quality Lab Technician - Willing to Train

Shively Diversified Management Services is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Quality Lab Technician. In this role, you will perform various tests and inspections on materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards. No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products at various stages of production
• Follow standardized procedures and specifications to ensure accurate and consistent results
• Record all test data and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report any non-conforming materials or products
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve any quality issues
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality control processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
