What you'll get to do
• The Listening Strategy Program Manager will be responsible to build out and manage our end-to-end internal listening strategy, from roadmap through implementation, analysis, and managing enterprise actionable change.
• Propose ongoing listening strategy core elements and enhancements. Manage the plan and in partnership with internal teams, deliver measurement tactics, gather and present feedback with recommendations for positive change, oversee corporate action planning, and infuse enterprise-wide change into related programs.
• Responsible for end to end listening strategy including strategy, design, cross functional implementation, facilitating company action plans, and measuring improvements. This encompasses traditional engagement measures such as enterprise and pulse surveys, onboarding, exit, and other lifecycle touchpoints.
• Partner closely with our internal product team to be Customer Zero- building the detailed roadmap with features and requirements for ourselves and ultimately our customers, testing the product, and recommending enhancements.
• Integrate and align measurement with our cultural expectations, Values, manager expectations, and business environment, taking into account a systems model of behavior.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure the strategy meets business needs, upholds measurement best practices, adheres to global and local legal requirements, and
• Partner with HRIS, reporting and analytics team members, and HR Business Partners to achieve program goals, advance internal research, and ultimately customer adoption
• Manage all aspects of the project and indirect authority over project teams, including project plans and project documentation, stakeholder management, relevant reporting, and internal communications.
• As a member of the Culture, Belonging and Organizational Effectiveness team, serve as a teammate back-up for our Belonging initiatives and programming, and support organizational effectiveness initiatives as necessary.
Skills and experience we value
• Demonstrated skills and advanced knowledge of survey methodology, psychometrics, and advanced analytics to create sound and actionable measures with practical utility
• 5 or more years of experience building and deploying global surveys and qualitative listening experiences, taking into account cultural and legal requirements
• 5 years within HR Analytics or employee listening roles, including hands-on design and delivery of global employee surveys, focus groups or listening tours, summarizing data and making executive-level recommendations for meaningful change.
• 3 years large-scale global project management.
• Ability and experience creating a multi-method listening roadmap, purposefully building connections between touch points and enabling flexibility to respond and create future measures proactively
• Intermediate proficiency in project planning, with experience correctly estimating timelines, interdependence, and using tools and applications to maintain project plans and project dashboards
• Experience with indirect people management, holding project team members accountable, proactive stakeholder management
• Practical and global communications plans, writing internal communications and delivering live presentations to all levels of the organization
• The ability to build trust with HR Business Partners, leaders, product team, and project team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels both in written and visual formats and exceptional attention to detail.
