As a Director of Access & Identity Services, you will be responsible for identity and access management strategy, leading the implementation of key identity/access technologies, and ensuring that user access is effectively, securely, and efficiently delivered. This individual will lead a team to accelerate commercial platforms and streamline employee access.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will be responsible for reducing risk, increasing operational effectiveness, and driving innovation which improves both security and user experience.
  • Identifies automation opportunities, utilizing a data driven approach to prioritize implementation based on risk, cost, duration, quality improvements.
  • In partnership with architecture & engineering, establish, build out and oversee the IAM function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting, and delivering IAM services
  • Support and manage the following IAM capabilities: user provisioning, user lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, password and certification management, and privileged access management
  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of individuals (remove this sentence if there are no direct reports)

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • 5+ years of information security, networking and/or systems engineer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in security engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, computer engineering or information systems
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, implementing, integrating and/or maintaining IAM and configuration management technologies in an enterprise level environment.
  • Broad expertise in information services related to managing access for users across a federated environment and with various external entities
  • Strong knowledge and experience with user provisioning and self-service; account creation and management; entitlement review and certification; entitlement management; enterprise directory architecture and design; role-based access control; single sign-on; identity federation; privileged user access management; multifactor authentication
  • Expertise in of Active Directory and/or LDAP management, AzureAD, SSO across multiple domains, MFA, Identity Governance
  • Experience with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
