Junior Tier 3 LTE/NR Network performance Intern

We are looking for an ambitious Intern to support / maintain and improve Operator’s LTE/NR Network performance.

Activities:
- Internal and External Tickets (Troubleshooting activities)
- Feature Optimization
- Improvement Trials
- Worst offending analysis
- Node Log analysis
- UE Log Analysis (Drive Test)
- Performance Study

Role and Responsibilities

Technical Skills Required for Internship:

• Solid technical understanding in LTE/5G and 3GPP specification.
• A solid understanding of RF fundamentals and data network protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate key technical concepts, ability to package complex ideas into logical, easy-to-follow progressions.
• Programming skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Undergrad/Graduate in Telecommunications or Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrate respect and inclusion for the work and the ideas of others
• The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple strategic programs and simultaneous performance objectives.
• Brainstorms/develops new options and ideas
• Communicates ideas and concepts clearly verbally and in writing
• Exhibit a positive and constructive attitude
• Break down complex tasks and problems into manageable pieces
