Wage Range: $112,923 - $180,689 annualized. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role. Offers of employment are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, applicable education and internal equity.** This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for candidates new to EvergreenHealth Monroe. Bonus is pro-rated by FTE, applicable education, and relevant experience. We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the day to day operations of our busy Emergency Department. EvergreenHealth Monroe is a rapidly growing DNV-accredited, acute care hospital, licensed for 72 beds, including 3 OR suites/2 procedure rooms, emergency department, inpatient and ancillary services. We are designated as a Level II Cardiac Center, Level III Stroke Center, and Level IV Trauma center. We are located at the foothills of the beautiful Cascade Mountains in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Chief Nursing Office and Executive Director of Emergency Services, the Clinical Nurse Manager adheres to all hospital Policies and Procedures, Philosophy of Care, and Standards of Excellence. Ensures that quality nursing care is delivered to all patients in the department in accordance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and program plans of the hospital. Assists with the development of patient care standards, orientation and continuing education. Collaborates with appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care from admission through discharge in support of the medical and nursing plans of care. Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations and functions as the site coordinator for the Trauma, Stroke, and Cardiac programs. Provides ongoing personnel management and evaluates staff performance in accordance with organizational policies. Participates in nursing Quality Improvement. Maintains unit administration, including scheduling and maintenance of supplies and equipment. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care. Collaborates with the clinical educator for the coordination and implementation of a comprehensive educational training program at EvergreenHealth Monroe to ensure that it enhances professional developmen
