Technical Implementation Specialist

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
• Configure and customize our products or services to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate customer deliverables and resolve any issues that arise.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Provide ongoing support to clients after delivery, ensuring they are comfortable using our products and achieving their desired outcomes.

What experience you need 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical implementation or consulting role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Proficiency working with database query languages (e.g. Big Query, SQL)

What could set you apart

• Strong understanding of software development principles, databases, and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and SaaS applications is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
