The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The Plant Maintenance Business Systems Expert will support the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) system to align with operational and business requirements, ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and tracking of SAP PM activities. The expert collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements that drive productivity and compliance with business standards. Additionally, they provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and may deliver training to ensure seamless adoption.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with technical teams to review functional specifications and understand technical design specifications 

• Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements 

• Execute process design, software configuration, system testing, end user training as well as production system support

• Proactively provide work status 

• Support change control process and application upgrades

• Coordinate user group requests, user acceptance testing, and maintain enterprise support materials. 

• Work Defects 

• Develop test plans for new or modified solutions 

• Test, implement, and document fixes 

• Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis

• Travel up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have: 

• Typically a minimum of 8+ years SAP experience with A&D companies and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced Degree and 5+ years related work experience.

• Minimum of 4+ years experience with SAP Plant Maintenance.

• Ability to engage support on functional issues and direct SAP development team to resolve issues. 

• Expert troubleshooting techniques and ability to escalate issues in a timely fashion. 

• Available to support off-shift system support

Qualifications We Prefer: 

• Experience with Raytheon’s PRISM system and Fiori based UX applications.

• Experience with SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro for ABAP.

• Experience with SAP Screen Personas and Jira and SAFe methodology.

• Experience with Facilities Services Request System.

• Experience working with current Raytheon Enterprise Services Business System Experts (BSEs) and software developers.
