<p>As a Kitchen Porter with our team here at Parkmore, Galway, you will be helping us to deliver our catering services to those working for a large multinational medical device company. This position is very rewarding for the right candidate, helping deliver restaurant services in a positive and engaging environment. Our interactions contribute hugely to the experience of those using our restaurants, and we aim to improve each customer's day through our interactions with them.</p>

<h2>Job Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li> To maintain a supply of delph, cutlery, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and trays</li>
<li> Ensure that the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained in the kitchen and associated areas as directed by the Head Chef</li>
<li> Ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out daily within the kitchen and related areas, without exception</li>
<li>To deliver a high standard of hygiene with respect to the premises, kitchens and self</li>
<li>Carry out any reasonable tasks which support and assist with service delivery, food preparation, hygiene and any other tasks related to the efficiency of the kitchen<br/>

• €11.50 per hour, increased rate for Sundays, and Bank Holiday Pay<br/>

<br/>
You must have:<br/>
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business<br/>
• A Strong background in hospitality or catering is preferred<br/>
• Excellent time management skills<br/>
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred<br/>
• A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude<br/>
