What You Will Be Doing
Pure was founded with innovation at its core, with a customer-first mind-set. The role will be providing both strategic and hands-on partnership to the Digital Transformation Group, Global Operations and Talent Acquisition Business Units and partnering directly with the Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Global Operations and Global Leader of Talent Acquisition.
Our IT and Operations teams work to enable our digital transformation, ensure rigorous process and scalability, and provide a strong foundation of Pure’s core operations. Pure’s Talent Acquisition function ensures consistent, effective and efficient recruitment strategies designed to attract, source and bring in top talent to meet business goals
This Includes
- Anticipates required talent for the business and the strategic planning to meet those needs.
- Proactively and explicitly identifies problems and solutions for and with executives to improve organizational effectiveness and diagnoses the need and strategy for transformational change.
- Building relationships and focusing on the missions and objectives set forth by the organization.
- Business minded, and with organizational knowledge, leverage a suite of data points to enable leaders to make decisions beneficial to Pure, its customers and employees.
- Advise, coach and influence our leadership teams on all aspects of People needs, with a deep understanding of local practices. Develop solutions which align to Pure’s workforce strategy & Culture: solutions are centered toward workforce planning, Performance Management, Development, Compensation and Rewards, Talent Review, etc…).
- Leading Organizational Design (Systems, Process, Leadership, Culture) in partnership with business leaders and our COEs. Particular focus on scaling our teams and anticipating needs in a hyper-growth business environment.
- Leads and contributes to cross G&A projects, demonstrating data analytics and use of insights to drive recommendations and influence stakeholders
- Influences and co-authors with Centers of Excellence (CoE) HR programs, policies and procedures as a business and thought leader.
What You’ll Need To Bring To This Role...
- To be a dynamic and thoughtful leader and enjoy collaborating with others.

- BA/BS or equivalent plus 10+ years of HR Business Partner environment, with direct client support and management mentoring experience.
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas including organizational design, business intelligence, acumen and coaching
