Summary of Job Duties:

The Assistant Director for Compliance Training and Outreach will play a vital role in advancing the university’s commitment to preventing discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and other prohibited conduct. This position oversees the development, implementation, and management of compliance training programs on topics such as discrimination, harassment, Title IX, and other federal and state regulations. The role includes coordinating outreach initiatives to raise awareness of university policies and procedures, and collaborating with campus partners, including but not limited to, Student Affairs, Human Resources, and UAPD to align efforts and increase the effectiveness of compliance training and prevention programs.

This position also supports the university's compliance with Title IX by assisting in the implementation of supportive measures, monitoring complaint activity for systemic issues, ensuring compliance through comprehensive training and education efforts, and fostering a culture of respect, equal opportunity, access and accountability across the campus community.
