At Collins Aerospace, contracts are more than documents — they are the foundation of trusted partnerships, mission success, and responsible growth. We are seeking a seasoned Contracts professional with deep expertise in contracts administration and U.S. Government to support FAR Part 15 direct and prime contract pursuits and execution. In this high-visibility role, you will lead complex negotiations, interpret and structure sophisticated contractual agreements, and serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders — ensuring every contract reflects sound business judgment, regulatory compliance, and long-term value.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business strategy, legal rigor, and customer engagement — managing the full contract lifecycle from proposal development and FAR 15 negotiations through award, administration, and closeout. With exposure to FAR/DFARS requirements, ITAR/EAR considerations, and enterprise systems such as SAP, this role offers the opportunity to influence outcomes on critical U.S. Government programs while mentoring others and enhancing departmental processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where precision, ethics, and collaboration matter, this is an opportunity to make meaningful impact within a global aerospace and defense leader.
