This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as our Event Marketing team continues to grow.
 
What You'll Do
Coordinate event inventory, ordering, shipments, and logistics
Maintain event calendars, timelines, and planning documents across multiple markets
Support vendor communications, contracts, and event-related documentation
Assist with meeting preparation, training materials, note-taking, and action-item tracking
Monitor event budgets and expenses to support operational efficiency
Analyze post-event results and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure timely communication of event details to internal stakeholders
Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Marketing team
 
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
