Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to exposure to instrumentation and controls discipline.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing I&C design documents, including but not limited to, design guides, specifications, calculations, data sheets, reports, loop sheets/wiring diagrams, location plans, lists/indices.

• Preparing procurement documents and submittals for I&C materials and related equipment.

• Review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and assist with the preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).

• Coordinate design efforts with team, other disciplines, owner/agents, and suppliers.

• Ensuring design documents meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.

• Ensuring design documents meet applicable codes (NEC/NFPA, ISA, UFC, etc.).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• US Citizenship

• Incumbent must be enrolled in an Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university and

• have completed typically 1+ year of studies in a major Engineering discipline (e.g., Controls, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).

Salary Range: $21.88 - $38.27
