Assists the practice management team in coordinating the clinical staff and work environment to insure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Provides clinical direction to nursing staff and clinic support staff, monitor clinical competencies and develop work schedules for clinical staff. Assists Practice Manager in evaluating annual performance review for clinical staff.Required Qualifications:

• LPN License
• 2 years of Nursing Experience Required

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nursing License - Compact/Multi-State License, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
