Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects across cross-functional teams within a fast-paced medical device environment. This role is responsible for managing projects in alignment with PMI methodologies, including business analysis, project planning, execution oversight, communication management, and risk mitigation.

The Project Manager will partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage complex, multi-department initiatives while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new product development and cross-functional business projects from initiation through commercialization
• Partner with functional teams to develop business cases, project objectives, and statements of work
• Create and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies
