Stock Associate
The Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store and for maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor. How You Will Make a Difference
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a customer first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand,
customer, and the product.
• Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the sales floor or and in the stockroom areas.
• Use strong communication skills and work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
• Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices and company directives.
• Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management.
• Maintain a positive attitude and are flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
• Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others as part of an inclusive store environment.
What You Bring
Required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Ability to be solution orientated and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment
Preferred
• Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred
Physical
• Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, tablets, phones, copier, etc.)
• Standing required for entire work shift
• Bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
• Use ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window banner placement
